Oftentimes, giving the can a good shake will do the trick! The product can sometimes get stuck in the spray mechanism temporarily, and shaking the container should help to release it. 

There’s also a very tiny piece of plastic connected to the press button that acts like a seal, and pressing down the button on a hard surface until you hear a ‘pop’ can help break it.
