Lume Laundry products are safe to use with other cleaning agents, but vinegar may denature the enzymes if used at the same time. You could use vinegar in your rinse cycle and that would not be an issue since the enzymes have already done their duty.
Extremely hot water can also denature enzymes so we recommend water no hotter than what is available from the tap.
