We recommend using sunscreen, wearing protective clothing, or limiting sun exposure while using our Whole Body Deodorants & Acidified Body Cream and for a week afterward.* They contain mandelic acid which is an alpha hydroxy acid and may increase your skin’s sensitivity to the sun. For this reason, the back of our deodorant containers has a sunburn alert. If you are using our Cream Deodorant or Acidified Body Cream, we'd suggest ensuring that it is fully absorbed before applying sunscreen.

*Only the area(s) where the product is applied would potentially be more sensitive to sun exposure.
