How To Update or Cancel a SubscriptionUpdated 2 months ago

First things first, you'll want to log into your Lume account (if you need to create an account, you can do that here using the email address that you ordered with.)
 
Once you're logged into your account, you should see "Subscriptions" on the left. Once you're in the subscriptions portal, you can see any active and inactive product subscriptions. 
 
Click Manage Subscription if you’d like to edit the product, quantity, or ship date. 


Adding a Product
On the right-hand side in the Subscriptions tab, you should see an option to "Add Products". 

Swap a Product
Click "Manage Subscription" on the product that you want to swap out, Then on the next page click that product image again to edit. You should now see the option to edit or swap the product out. 

If you’d like to change the scents in a subscription bundle, we’d be happy to help! Send us a message and be sure to include which products, scents, quantity, and the ship date you'd like to update and we’ll make that change for you. 

Cancel, Skip, or Remove a Product
Click "Manage Subscription" on the product that you wish to edit. Then on the next page you can either "Cancel" that item or "Skip" it.


If you have multiple items on subscription and wish to cancel all of them, you'll need to cancel each item individually or send us a message and our team would be glad to help. 


Updating the Shipping Address
1. Once you're logged into your account, click "Subscriptions" on the left. 

2. Then once you're in the Subscription Portal, click on the "Shipping Addresses" tab on the right-hand side. 

3. Select the Address you'd like to update and then click "Edit Shipping Address" and follow the steps on the screen.  

How to Update Payment Information / Billing information
1. Once you're logged into your account, click "Subscriptions" on the left. 

2. Then once you're in the Subscription Portal, click on the "Billing" tab on the right-hand side. 

3. Select the payment method you'd like to update and then click "Edit" and follow the steps on the screen. 


*Please note that changes made to a subscription after it has processed will not be effective until the following renewal period. 

Any current subscription must be canceled/edited within one (1) business day prior to the upcoming billing date shown on the "My Account" page. Any changes that are not made at least one business day prior to the upcoming billing date will not be effective until the following billing period.

Once an order has been submitted into our system, depending on the timing, we cannot guarantee that we can cancel or make changes to it. Please double-check the items in your cart and verify the accuracy of your billing and shipping information before confirming your order. We do not refund or replace orders that have been shipped to an incorrect or invalid address.
