How To Update or Cancel a SubscriptionUpdated an hour ago
To locate any active subscriptions you may have, you'll first want to log into your Lume account (if you need to create an account, you can do that here using the email address that you ordered with.)
Once you're logged into your account, you should see a "Subscriptions" tab on the left. There, you can see any active and inactive product subscriptions.
Edit the Product Scent, Frequency, or Ship Date
Start by locating your Active Subscriptions and clicking “Manage Order.”
Edit scent: Scroll down to “Subscription Items” and click “Edit”. Select the scent you would like to change to in the drop-down.
Edit frequency: Click "Change Frequency” to select from 1, 2, 3, or 4 month shipping frequency options.
Edit ship date: Click “Change Date” to change which day of the month you would like your recurring order to ship.
Add or Swap Products in Your Subscription
Place a new order on our website for the product or bundle you’d like by selecting “Subscribe & Save” to create a new subscription.
If you run into any issues, please send us a message and be sure to include which products, scents, quantity, and the ship date you'd like to update, and we’ll make that change for you.
Cancel, Skip, or Remove a Product
Click "Manage Order" on the product that you wish to edit. Then on the next page, you can either "Cancel" that item, “Change Date”, select “Ship Now”, or “Change Frequency.”
If you have multiple items on subscription and wish to cancel all of them, you'll need to cancel each item individually or send us a message and our team would be glad to help.
Update Your Shipping Address
1. Once you're logged into your account, click "Account Details" on the left.
2. On the “Account Details” tab, click "Edit" underneath the default shipping address in the “Addresses” section and follow the steps on the screen.
3. From there, click on the "Subscriptions" tab on the left, and then "Manage Order" for the subscription you would like to update.
4. Scroll down to the "Shipping Address" section, click “Change,” and select and save your preferred address.
Update Payment Information and/or Billing information
1. Once you're logged into your account, click "Account Details" on the left.
2. Scroll down to click on "Edit" in the “Payment Methods” section.
3. Select the payment method you'd like to update and then click "Edit."
4. Request Payment Update Email, and follow the steps provided.
5. The default payment method will now be reflected for your subscription orders.
*Please note that changes made to a subscription after an order has processed will not be effective until the following renewal period.
Any current subscription must be canceled/edited within one (1) business day prior to the upcoming billing date shown on the "My Account" page. Any changes that are not made at least one business day prior to the upcoming billing date will not be effective until the following billing period.
Once an order has been submitted into our system, depending on the timing, we cannot guarantee that we can cancel or make changes to it. Please double-check the items in your cart and verify the accuracy of your billing and shipping information before confirming your order. We do not refund or replace orders that have been shipped to an incorrect or invalid address.
