How To Cancel, Edit, or Change a SubscriptionUpdated 5 months ago

First, you'll want to log into your Lume account (if you need to make an account, you can do that here using the email address that you ordered with.) Once you're logged into your account, you should see "Manage Subscriptions" on the left. From there, you can add products, swap products, skip orders or cancel items.
Adding a Product
On the right-hand side in the Subscriptions tab, you should see an option to "Add Products".
Swapping a Product
Click "Manage Subscription" on the product that you're wanting to swap out, Then on the next page click that product image again to edit. You should now see the option to edit or swap the product out.
Canceling or Removing a Product
Click "Manage Subscription" on the product that you're wanting to cancel. Then on the next page on the left-hand side, scroll to the bottom and click "Cancel Subscription"
Any current subscription must be canceled within one (1) business day prior to the upcoming billing date shown on the "My Account" page. Any changes that are not made at least one business day prior to the upcoming billing date will not be effective until the following billing period.
Once an order has been submitted into our system, depending on the timing, we cannot guarantee that we can cancel or make changes to it. Please double-check the items in your cart and verify the accuracy of your billing and shipping information before confirming your order. We do not refund or replace items that have been shipped to an address that was entered incorrectly.
